Most schools pass it on as a small levy.
On Growth that's ₦2,000 per student per term, often listed as a "portal" or "e-learning" fee. Qyskul can add it to your fee structure for you, so it pays for itself from the first term.
What counts as an active student?
A student whose record is Active at the start of the term. Students who graduated, withdrew or were suspended aren't counted.
Is there really no contract?
Yes. You pay term by term, and can stop at the end of any term. Pay for the whole year upfront and you get 10% off.
What happens after the free term?
You pick a plan and pay for the next term. Nothing is deleted if you don't: your school is paused until you decide. Small schools never pay less than the plan's minimum (₦50,000 a term on Starter).
We use semesters, not terms. Does that work?
Yes. Universities and polytechnics pay per semester, use GPA scales with First Class to Pass, and see “semester” everywhere in the app.
Do staff and students need email addresses?
No. You give each staff member a login with their staff number and print the slip. They choose their own password the first time they sign in.
Can we move our existing records in?
Yes. Paste your student and staff lists from Excel. Every row is checked first, and siblings are linked to the same parent by phone number.
Who can see salaries and children's records?
Only the roles you allow. Each person sees what their job needs; salaries and bank details are hidden from everyone else, and every change is logged.
